Breakdown repair service and annual boiler servicing

This is a corrective service in the event of a fault that prevents the boiler from working properly, provided that it has been detected by the customer.

How does the Home PREMIUM boiler repair service work?

In addition to the Home BASIC boiler repair service of LoGOs Energía, the customer will have access to an annual inspection service of the individual installation, for which a request must be submitted.


Conditions for the proper implementation of the PREMIUM boiler repair service:

  • The customer will submit a request, sufficiently before hand, to receive the annual inspection.

  • The customer shall be required to be present when the services are carried out, as well as to provide the information and documentation required by our technician.

This service is specific for electric or gas boilers of up to 35 Kw.

What does the Home PREMIUM boiler repair service include?

The features of the service are the following:

Annual boiler inspection

In accordance with the Normative RITE R.D. 1027/2007 and its additional provisions, this mandatory inspection must be done with a minimum regularity of two years by the owner and user of the installation, regardless of the mandatory five-year inspection that the duly authorised electricity or gas supplier company must do (Royal Decree 919/2006, of July 28 2016, on the technical regulation for the distribution and use of gaseous fuels and their additional technical instructions ICG 01 to 11).

This service complies with the technical conditions and the minimum content established by the RITE R.D. 1027/2007 and its additional provisions, being the obligation imposed by the normative on the compliance of the annual inspection undertaken by the supplier.


Breakdown repair

The repair of the breakdowns detected during the installation inspection visit is also included, provided that they do not have an impact on the elements mentioned in the exclusions part of the present features section.


Boiler maintenance operations

During the established installation maintenance operations, the proper functioning of the following elements will be verified:

  • Proper water tightness of the boiler receiver

  • Shut-off valves

  • Installed security elements


Additional services

  • Travel expenses of the technician

  • Labour used for the preventive inspection or repair

  • Free maintenance quote if necessary

What DOES the Home PREMIUM boiler repair service NOT include?

This services DOES NOT include:

  • Damage caused by a careless use or maintenance of the installation or its devices.

  • Damage due to the age or non-inexistence of spare parts on the market, when these are technically irreparable.

  • Repair of appliances that have been manipulated previously and within the term of this contract by people outside the technical service provided by this service.

  • The repair, adaptation or cleaning of flue ducts.

  • Adaptations or changes to the gas installation that require issuing official certificates.

  • Reforms derived from the ventilation needs of the property.

  • Materials or spare parts used in the repair of breakdowns.

  • Damage caused by fire, explosions, flood, frost or other extraordinary circumstances.

  • The transport of the boiler/heater to the installations of the approved technical service of the brand, when necessary to proceed with its repair.

  • Any civil work project.

  • The annual boiler inspection, mandatory in accordance with Normative RITE R.D. 1027/2007.

  • These services have a grace period of one month from the date of contracting.
