Discounts on appliances and electrical maintenance service

This is a corrective service in the event of a fault that prevents the boiler from working properly, provided that it has been detected by the customer.

What does the Home PREMIUM electricity Service include?

The main features of the service are the following:

  • 24/7 assistance service

  • Unlimited electrical emergencies

  • Domestic appliances repair

  • 50€ per year in materials

  • Discounts of up to 150€ in appliances

  • Electrical maintenance service

Discounts on household appliances with LoGOs Energía

  • Annual discount of up to 150€ for the purchase of an appliance with similar characteristics.

  • One use per year.


Special conditions for NON-REPAIRABLE appliances:

  • In no case will the repair costs (spare parts and labour) be higher than the appliance market value or more than 300€.

  • Any damage that the appliance may suffer that is not due to a mechanical or electronic failure, specifically scratches, knocks, deformations or the breakage of the non-mechanical or electronic components of the appliance.

  • Interventions on household appliances that are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee according to the purchase invoice. Age limit of 10 years, unless spare parts are still in the market at the date of repair.

  • If the repair is not feasible, a replacement model will be offered with special conditions.

  • Discount including taxes.

Electrical maintenance in LoGOs Energía

Electricity professionals services

Repair of electrical mechanisms, connection of existing power points, installation of thermostats or timers, among others.



It includes:

  • Assistance in less than 48 hours.

  • One use per year.

  • 3 hours of labour.




It DOES NOT include

  • The repair of breakdowns inherent to heating appliances, domestic appliances and, in general, any breakdown inherent to an appliance that works with an electricity supply.

  • The repair of installations that do not comply with the current regulations at the time of realization.

  • These services have a grace period of one month as of the signing of the contract.
